What are the operating hours and days of the center?
We are open from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are closed on weekends
and major holidays.
Is the center licensed?
Yes, we are fully licensed by the State of Georgia. We
meet and exceed all regulatory standards.
What is the staff-to-client ratio?
Our staff-to-client ratio is carefully maintained to ensure personalized care. We typically
have one staff member for every five participants.
How is transportation to and from the center arranged?
Verida is the non-emergency transportation broker for Fulton County, Georgia. It assigns
transportation for our Medicaid Members. Fellowship Senior Services has two vans available to
initiate transportation within a 15-mile radius for our Medicaid Members if the broker cannot
assign an appropriate non-emergency transportation provider for the member on time for
service to start.
For our private members, transportation is available within a 15-mile radius for ambulatory
clients who attend at least three days per week.
The rates are as follows:
$25 one-way for ambulatory clients
$35 one-way for wheelchair clients
The Veteran Administration pays for transportation for all VA members.
*Due to limited wheelchair space, transportation service is only available to wheelchair clients
who attend five days per week.
Can the center accommodate specific medical or dietary needs?

requirements.
